The room was big, two king beds, and the entire property was in pretty good shape, considering some of the reviews we read. I've been in commercial construction for 30 years and could have gone through that building and made a punch list of things that needed attention or finishing, but none of it was a deal breaker, really. (Paint cracked at top corners, paint chipped on corners and such....) The facility as a whole was good, clean, and kept that way. We went for a bike rally, and normally, staff doesn't clean the room, but once or twice during an extended stay, our room was cleaned every day, beds made, trash removed. Overall, we had a good experience for what we were there for.

The Value, good price for the location just across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and have hard floors not carpet, breakfast is included and adequate, there’s plenty of parking including some covered, bed and pillows were comfortable and a had a nice partial view to the ocean from my room.

Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Waffle maker to make fresh waffles, so that was nice. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Location was great--beach directly across the street (although it was a busy highway and took some time to cross at times) and since it was away from the historic part of the island the beach wasn't crowded at all. Lifeguard located near the pier. Beds were comfy. Microwave and mini fridge were useful. No complaints.

breakfast was good. the eggs were cold. I believe the egg warmer was off, no light on it. The rest of the breakfast was actually really good. the waffle makers were excellent. I like the cup fill concept and pour in the mold. Worked great. Very nice for your customers. The juices and the yogurt was great also. There was a person cleaning tables and keeping it clean. That was very nice touch. The hotel was actually good. Its not a high class place. But for the price it was right on the budget and expectations of the price point and hotel style.

How close the hotel was to the beach The peekaboo view of the beach from balcony The location was fantastic, close to mini golf, batting cage, movie theater and bowling alley and gas station was just a walk away. Breakfast was good

i loved the location of this hotel! you are maybe 2 minutes from the beach, all you have to do is cross the busy street with no crosswalk 😅 every room has a partial view with balcony, which is exactly what we were looking for. but it was pretty old, which is the only drawback for me. the room was dark, but comfy. feels like the 80s. breakfast was ok, eggs, biscuits and gravy, oat milk waffle maker and drinks cereal. I would def come back for a cheap, and lovely getaway. everything was clean, and the staff was great.

Location is great. Beach is across the street. Room had a balcony with ocean view. Facility has a whirlpool and a fairly large swimming pool. Sometimes towels are supplied there. Sun chairs available around the pool. Breakfast with many choices from 6 to 9 a.m. Room service came by every day asking for anything needed. Free parking outside and in a garage below.

The room was quiet and large, bed comfortable, and my check in was smooth and uneventful. I am still surprised I got such a great deal across the street from the Gulf and even with a tiny balcony! Absolutely will stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and I am very picky about my mattress. The room was nice and big. The air conditioner worked very well. I loved the breakfast in the morning. My favorite was the amazing coffee. It was delicious. So were the eggs.
